Over
the Years...
Wildwood
has been in business for over forty years, providing summer camps
for children and trail riding for everyone. Originally, the ranch
was situated just outside of Georgetown, then in the early seventies
Wildwood relocated to the current location on the Fallbrook Trail.
When
Grandma first arrived, there was absolutely nothing but trees,
field and rock on the property. The barn was the first building
to be constructed, then the swimming pool, then the tennis court
and lodge. After years of hard work and determination, the young
Wildwood Manor Ranch was born.
A
Place to Call Home
Wildwood
has welcomed people of all ages to come and enjoy the horses and
facilities. Each year we see the smiling faces of those that have
come in years prior; it's really gratifying to see them year after
year.
Our
Mission
We
have always been dedicated to providing our customers with the
best possible experience. The horses that we train are only the
quietest and most gentle, and the staff are always cheerful and
friendly.
We
are determined to provide an energetic activity that will exhiliarate
and thrill, and one that will make people want to do more of.
Horseback riding is a great way to stay fit and healthy, and to
make great friends.
A
Haven for Horses
The
horses at Wildwood have always been treated with the utmost kindness
and respect. They are hard workers and they deserve a great place
to live.
Over
the years many horses have been born at Wildwood Manor Ranch,
trained as trail horses and have lived their days on the ranch.
Wildwood has also rescued many horses that were maltreated and
given them a place to call home.
