Perkins
Doc
Perkins is our newest member of the Wildwood family. He is a fifteen
year old, grey, quarter horse stallion. His breeding includes
Doc Bar and Leo. Doc Perkins is a quiet, gentle horse that is
great to ride and used to be used to rope cattle with. He's intelligent
and respectful, and sires excellent foals that could be used for
performance, trail or pleasure.
Mare
Care
Wildwood
Manor Ranch provides the care for the mare while she is residing
at the ranch to be bred. Temporary boarding includes pasture,
feed (grain, hay and any unique supplements provided by the owner)
and handling. Outside board is $8/day and inside board is $12/day.
Conditions
1.
Wildwood requires that all mare owners sign a contract before
the time of breeding.
2.
The mare must be healthy and fit to be bred and Wildwood does
have the right to refuse breeding a mare they do not feel is of
proper health.
3.
A live foal is guaranteed, the definitions of a live foal are
stated in the contract. If a live foal is not produced the owner
can breed the mare again to the stallion of their choice.
4.
Breeding fees must be paid in full before the mare arrives to
be bred. Mare care must be paid upon pick up of the mare.
